Back and neck pain are among the most common complaints in our practice. Sitting at a computer can often cause neck pain, headaches, shoulder tightness, back pain, and buttock or leg pain. We can help treat these problems.

We can treat pain and stiffness in the chest, thoracic spine and rib areas. We can also advise in relaxed breathing exercises.

Growing pains occur when bones grow quickly, and the soft tissues struggle to keep up. Children and teenagers usually respond very quickly to treatment. If they continue to complain about persistent pain, a medical assessment may be necessary.

The pelvic floor is the group of muscles at the base of your pelvis, stretching right across from your pubic bone to your tailbone and side-to-side. Treatment involves teaching you basic pelvic floor exercises, advice on good bladder habits, and, if necessary, bladder retraining.

We can assist you or your children in improving posture by showing you how to stretch tight muscles, strengthen weak muscles, and build endurance in these muscles. Treatment is tailored to include education regarding your condition, hands-on therapy, and graded progression toward return to functional activities.

Our physiotherapists are trained to perform specialised manoeuvres to assist with dizziness and vertigo. If appropriate, you will be given an exercise program to do at home. These exercises are individually tailored to your balance symptoms.
