International Physiotherapists

Overseas qualified physiotherapists are a valued part of the PhysioChoice team, and we welcome all international physiotherapists to apply for one of our available positions.

Our benefits include the allocation of a supervising physiotherapist, completion of the necessary AHPRA documentation to obtain limited registration, and Employer Visa sponsorship (if required).

Career Progression Stream

Becoming a Clinical Mentor

Upon the successful completion of your graduate development program, you will be given the opportunity to become a clinical mentor.

As a clinical mentor, you will provide professional support to new graduate physiotherapists and guide them to become confident, well-rounded physiotherapists.

Becoming a Clinical Leader

We value knowledge and expertise and will actively support our staff in pursuing specialisation through our Expander Development Courses and various Specialised Development Courses.

We support our loyal and high-performing staff in pursuing further education required to become specialist physiotherapists in highly sought-after streams of physiotherapy practice, enabling them to serve as presenters and mentors to our new graduates.

Becoming a Practice Director

With almost 70 practices across Australia, we rely on our experienced practitioners to pursue practice management roles and oversee day-to-day business operations.

At the discretion of PhysioChoice, we will offer select, high-performing physiotherapists the opportunity to become shareholders in the business.
