At the heart of our approach is a concept called neuroplasticity (your brain's incredible ability to adapt and learn new ways of doing things). Through targeted, hands-on therapy and carefully designed programmes, we help your brain and body rediscover how to work together. 

How Is Neurological Physiotherapy Different?

You may have seen a physiotherapist before for a sore back, a sports injury, or joint pain. That type of care – called musculoskeletal or MSK physiotherapy – is brilliant for treating problems with muscles, joints, and soft tissues. But neurological physiotherapy is a different speciality altogether. 

Where MSK physiotherapy treats the structures that move your body, neurological physiotherapy focuses on the system that controls it — your brain, spinal cord, and nerves. Rather than focusing on a single injury area, we look at your overall balance, coordination, strength, sensation, and fatigue, and how these affect your day-to-day life. 

Neurological physiotherapy is often a longer journey than a standard physio course, and that's okay. We're here to support you not just through recovery, but through every stage of living well with your condition.
