Oliver Docker
Oliver DockerPhysiotherapist
Playing many sports and having numerous injuries Oliver became fascinated by physiotherapy and rehabilitation from a young age. ' Oliver holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise & Sports Science from the university of Sydney. He completed his Postgraduate (Masters) Physiotherapy degree at the University of Sydney in 2018. He firmly believes in continued development and is currently undertaking an accreditation pathway to become a titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist. Oliver worked previously as the head Strength & Conditioning (S&C) coach of soccer at Sydney Boys High School. He also spent two years working with the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs NRL team across Sports Science and Physiotherapy settings. Oliver is experienced working with field based and court based athletes and has been the physiotherapist for Forest Rugby Club since 2021. Oliver works collaboratively with local orthopaedic surgeons. He has diverse interests including ankle injuries, shoulder injuries, knee injuries, muscle injuries, tendon-related pain and post-operative rehabilitation Oliver enjoys running and swimming in his spare time and is currently in preparation for his first Marathon.
Sineru Gunasekara

Sineru graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK in 2018 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. Sineru is passionate about treating acute and chronic conditions of the body. He has previously worked with local football and rugby clubs in the UK for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Sineru has previously worked in private practice in Australia treating various conditions and has experience working in the National Health Service in the UK where he has knowledge ranging from Orthopaedics to Neurology. Sineru has additional qualifications in Dry Needling and Sports massage. He enjoys using education, manual therapy and utilising exercise programmes as part of his treatment to help patients to achieve their short-term and long-term goals.
Ariella Posniak
Ariella PosniakPhysiotherapist
Ariella graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Macquarie University after completing an undergraduate Bachelor of Medical Science from UNSW. With extensive clinical training in a wide range of clinical settings, Ariella has developed a strong passion for injury rehabilitation with a core focus on patient-centred care. Ariella embraces an evidence-based approach to healthcare with a focus on the individual. Utilising a combination of education, manual therapy and individualised exercise programs, Ariella aims to support and work alongside her patients to manage their injuries and improve their quality of life. She has a passion for managing both acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries in all areas of the body. She also has a keen interest in pre and post-surgery rehabilitation, specifically focusing on knee and hip replacements. Ariella enjoys working with people of all ages to develop healthy lifestyles and achieve their goals.
