Meet the team

Physiotherapists

Bob Wong (Director)

Originally from Perth, Bob completed his undergraduate physiotherapy degree at Curtin University in 2006 before moving to Victoria to work at PhysioChoice. In 2016, Bob completed his Masters of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy through Griffith University and is now recognised by the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) as a titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist.

Bob has extensive physiotherapy experience in treating a wide range of sporting injuries in athletes of all ages, as well as treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. He has worked with athletes at an elite level including those who have competed at both Olympic and national levels. He has provided physiotherapy services for the 2018 Commonwealth Games, Queensland Academy of Sport, Netball Victoria and the Gold Coast Titans, as well as multiple other regional and local football and netball teams. He has also developed a particular interest in occupational health, shoulder and spinal pain.

In his spare time, Bob enjoys playing squash and golf, watching Formula 1 racing, supporting the Fremantle Dockers and is a busy foster dad to five beautiful little children.

Evan Irish

Evan holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences and a Masters of Physiotherapy from Latrobe University.

Evan enjoys all sports and currently competes in powerlifting. He is a keen Adelaide Crows supporter. His interests have developed a strong passion in sports physiotherapy and strength and conditioning. Evan also currently holds a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning accreditation, complimenting his interest in strength and conditioning programs.

Evan has experience working in semi-professional sporting environments within AFL and soccer clubs. He supervised and implemented injury prevention programs and performance-based programs, on top of general sports injury management.

Natasha Murphy

Natasha is a 2019 graduate from Flinders University with a Master of Physiotherapy; she previously studied at Victoria University where she obtained a Bachelor of Sport Science (Human Movement) in 2017.

Natasha’s interests lie in human movement (including clinical Pilates) and is passionate about injury prevention and rehabilitation. She has a particular interest in pain science and chronic pain management.

Outside of work Natasha enjoys travel and has adopted a “try everything in life once” outlook to living; this extends to her hobbies, which include painting and attending fitness classes.

Myotherapist

Jennifer Robson

Jennifer completed her Bachelor of Health Science – Clinical Myotherapy degree in 2012. Jenny has a wide variety of treatment methods including deep tissue massage, soft tissue massage, dry needling, cupping, joint mobilisation, manual lymphatic drainage, taping, stretching, postural correction and exercise rehabilitation. She believes in a holistic approach to treating the body, with the goal of solving the originating problem not just the presenting symptoms.

Jenny enjoys treating all different conditions, pain complaints and general stiffness throughout the body. Her special interests lay in the treatment of pregnant and postnatal women, headaches, neck pain, back pain and lymphedema.

Jenny works part time, with the rest of her week spent with her daughter and husband. She loves getting outdoors for walks, socialising, spending time with her family and exploring new areas of our beautiful country.
