You’ll find our practice situated at Shop 11, 11 Narelle Drive, Aspendale Gardens at the Aspendale Gardens Shopping Centre.

Meet the team


Mounisha Ramdin-Etwari

Mounisha was born and raised in Mauritius. She studied at the University of Cape Town, South Africa where she obtained her Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Mounisha moved to Australia in July 2015 with her husband.

As a Physiotherapist, Mounisha has an interest in Musculoskeletal, Neuro, dry needling and Pilates. She has a particular interest in hip/knee replacements and in children with developmental delays.

Coming from an island, Mounisha particularly enjoys the beach and loves hiking and bike riding.

Rachael Capp

Rachael graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Masters of Physiotherapy Practice. Rachael’s main interest is in treating pregnancy and sports injuries; she also teaches Pilates, to which Rachael brings an extensive background in aerobics.

Jess Johnson

Jess attended Latrobe University, and is currently holding both a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy. Her fields of interest involve women’s health (specifically pregnancy and related issues) and sports rehab, with an emphasis on treating ACL injuries.

Outside of work Jess is a sports enthusiast, namely playing women’s football (having played for Seaford for five years) and soccer.

Petra Ruhl

Petra graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She is also qualified as a Level 1 Sports Trainer.
Petra’s interests lie in treating musculoskeletal injuries, beck and neck pain, and sports injuries (especially running related). Clinical Pilates is also an interest of hers; her focus is to help patients get better, return to work/sport, and become active once again.
Outside of work Petra enjoys netball, running, cycling and swimming, hiking and kayaking.

Raj Vanar

Raj is a Monash University graduate with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). As a soccer fan and martial arts enthusiast, his interests lie in treating musculoskeletal injuries and orthopaedics, as most of the injuries he has seen are lower limb injuries. Arsenal FC is Raj’s soccer team of choice, and has previously done kickboxing and karate.
