Conveniently located at Shop 10 & 11/11 Narelle Drive in the Aspendale Gardens Shopping Centre, PhysioChoice is committed to providing the best service possible. You do not need a referral (except for DVA and Medicare EPC) to see one of our physiotherapist or massage therapist, and can be claimable on Private Health Insurance (if covered as an extra), with rates kept as low as possible. We also offer all Worksafe injuries, TAC injuries, and Medicare (EPC) referrals at no extra cost.

Ray To



Ray received his Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, his Diploma in Acupuncture for Physiotherapists from the Sun Yat-Sen University, Medical School, his professional Certificate of Acupuncture in Physiotherapy from the Macau University of Science and Technology, and his Master of Osteopathy in Neuromusculoskeletal Dysfunctions from the Madrid School of Osteopathy.

Ray has 19 years of clinical experiences. He encompasses holistic and whole-body approaches to assess and treat client. Ray is interested in Manual Therapy, Manipulative Therapy, Sports Injury and Physiotherapy, Dry Needling and Tai Chi.  He is skilful in looking for and releasing body tension to normalize body fluid and tissue texture. Ray’s goal as a Physiotherapist is to assess and treat clients as a whole so that client's body can heal in a holistic way. He is keen on helping clients achieve physical, mental, and spiritual well beings. He would like to let clients know the healing power of hand and exercise prescription.

Ray and his wife have moved to Melbourne from Hong Kong since the end of because they love the lifestyles and people pf Melbourne. He loves reading spiritual books, playing golf and going camping.

Jessica Bugeja



Jessica holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University.

Jessica is passionate about women's health and working with runners. As a runner herself, she is passionate about identifying the cause of an injury or condition and developing a program to help clients achieve their goals while reducing injury recurrence.

Jessica likes to jog, swim, and work out at the gym. She is now training for a half-Ironman triathlon scheduled for early 2022. She grew up in Tasmania and spends her free time hiking there.

Patrick Hau



Patrick received his Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) degree from Monash University.

Patrick's specific focus is in sports injury rehabilitation, particularly for moderate to high-level athletes, as well as injury management and prevention to reduce injury recurrence and aid his patients in returning to their favourite sports.

Patrick is a highly active person who presently participates in three sports: dodgeball, volleyball, and badminton. he has also participated in social leagues for volleyball and state leagues for badminton.

Katy Bailey



Katy graduated from Oxford Brookes University (England) in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy (Honours)). She also holds a Level 3 Sports Massage Diploma.

Katy’s interests include treating a wide variety of clients, however she has developed a special interest in neurological disorders, sports injuries and maximizing independence with chronic pain. Katy participated in the setup of the first covid-19 rehabilitation centre in England (NHS Seacole Centre) where she provided extensive inpatient rehabilitation programs for intensive care survivors. As a reflection of this period of her career, Katy’s goal as a physiotherapist is to provide holistic and comprehensive care focusing on both the physical and psychological factors of injury in order to allow patients to achieve their personal goals. Her goal is to maximize independence and quality of life through evidence-based rehabilitation.

Katy has recently moved from London to Melbourne. She enjoys travelling and hiking and therefore is excited to be able to explore Australia. After retiring from years of coaching and training in competitive acrobatic gymnastics, she is now starting to re-enter the world of gymnastics, so she will likely be completing her own rehabilitation program very soon.
