Jacob JohannessenDirector / Physiotherapist
Jacob graduated with a bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University and a Master of Science in Medicine (Pain Management) from the University of Sydney. Jacobs' areas of focus include acute and chronic pain and sports-based rehabilitation (mainly running and weightlifting). Jacob enjoys working with people to enhance their quality of life and supporting them in returning to the activities they enjoy the most. Jacob is originally from Queensland and spends his spare time fishing, hiking, and running. He is an avid rugby union fan. Jacob also has a strong passion for football, playing for Woodside Football-Netball Club along with being their club physiotherapist.
Asther Velasco

Asther Graduated with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy in Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University of the City of Manila), from there she Worked as a senior physio in Philippine General Hospital for almost 5 years before coming to Australia. Asther is registered physiotherapist in Australia and the Philippines and has been a physiotherapist for almost 8 years. While working in Australia she has worked as an aged care physiotherapist for almost 3 years and is now in a Practise. Asther has interests and specialises in post-surgical orthopaedic conditions, shoulder and knee injuries and neuro rehabilitation. Asther’s personal interests are badminton and volleyball, but since becoming a boy mom to primary schoolers, she could only spend time kicking soccer balls.

Safije holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science and a Masters in Physiotherapy Practice, both earned at La Trobe University. With a strong interest in musculoskeletal conditions and women's health, Safije is dedicated to empowering her clients by providing education about their conditions and overall well-being. She employs a comprehensive strategy that integrates hands-on therapy and exercise rehabilitation to assist clients in reaching their health and fitness goals. Beyond her professional pursuits, Safije indulges in a variety of interests, including frequenting the gym, engaging in invigorating hikes, immersing herself in literature, and cherishing moments spent with her family.
