PhysioChoice Altona has provided high quality physiotherapy, massage therapy and clinical Pilates services for the past 10 years.
You’ll find our practice conveniently situated at 87 Pier Street, around the corner from Altona railway station.
The practice features three consultation rooms and a Pilates studio.

Chi Tung Chi holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University. He is interested in helping clients with chronic pain and return-to-work rehabilitation. Chi regularly goes to the gym and swims in his spare time to keep fit, and is a camping and hiking enthusiast. Chi comes from a Hong Kong background but grew up in Australia, and can speak fluent Cantonese.
Fatima Osman Fatima obtained her qualification of the Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne in 2019. Prior to this, she had completed at the University of Melbourne the Bachelor of Science, and the Bachelor of Science (Degree with Honours), with major in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and Immunology & Microbiology respectively. Fatima has joined our team after acquiring experience in private practice and aged care post graduation. She has had experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of diverse populations with various conditions and across all age groups. In her spare time, Fatima enjoys spending time with her family, completing D.I.Y. projects involving multiple skillsets and walks around local recreational sites. Fatima has a special interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and rehabilitation. She looks forward to actively engaging with her clients, working together to achieve their therapeutic goals.
Timothy Tam Timothy obtained his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University. His professional interests involve sports injuries, spinal cord injuries and orthopaedics. Timothy is looking forward to being able to treat a wide variety of patients and developing treatment plans to best suit their needs, and welcomes the opportunity to do so in a supportive environment. Outside of work Timothy enjoys a variety of sports, namely tennis, basketball and badminton, mainly for the social aspect. He also barracks for the Richmond Tigers, and travels when he can.
Sylvie Skonietzky Sylvie has been employed with PhysioChoice Altona for 6 years originally only providing remedial massage services and later obtaining a Bachelor of Exercise Science, she has expanded her services to predominately provide Occupational Health Services including pre-employment assessments and Drug and Alcohol testing in our private practice setting or onsite assessments by appointment. Sylvie holds qualifications in exercise science, drug and alcohol testing, ortho-bionomy, joint mobilisation, lymphatic drainage, remedial massage, myofascial cupping and pregnancy massage. Sylvie is an avid bike rider and enjoys exploring around Melbourne with family and friends. Sylvie’s advice for beginning your day is to begin with 4 basic stretches – “take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live in”.
